IT Sourcing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Sourcing Manager to join our team at Vantiva Supply Chain Solutions. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the procurement of high-quality and cost-effective IT solutions for our business worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful contract negotiations and vendor management, as well as excellent professional-level written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making are also essential.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT systems and software to drive cost savings and optimize supplier performance
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure alignment with business objectives and contractual obligations
• Lead the end-to-end IT sourcing process, including identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, conducting RFPs and RFQs, negotiating pricing and contracts, and finalizing agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide strategic guidance and support

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sourcing and procurement, with a proven track record of successful contract negotiations and vendor management
• High degree of proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint) and strong knowledge of IT systems and software, including SAP and other relevant technologies
• Excellent professional-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface and communicate effectively with multiple functional groups and geographic regions

• A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience
