• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues.
• Review daily orders, prepare, and replenish products in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure a positive company image by maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation procedures, and following company policies.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Anticipate product needs, prepare, finish, and replenish products as necessary.
• Run department registers, receive payment, make change, and perform other tasks as required.

• Ability to carry out detailed instructions, deal with concrete variables, and perform simple arithmetic.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions, write identifying information, and request supplies orally or in writing.
• No education or experience requirements.

The duties for this position are normally conducted in a store environment. There is significant pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities. There is exposure to flour dust, noise, cleaning chemicals/solvents, electrical shock, and temperature extremes.
