Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team as a Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions End-to-End Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the successful implementation of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions, ensuring seamless integration into our organization.
  2. Optimize our workforce management processes and support our HR and operations teams.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
  4. Configure and customize Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules and functionality based on business requirements.
  5. Provide comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end implementations of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions or similar workforce management systems.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
  • Proficient in system configuration and customization of Workforce Manager/Kronos Dimensions modules.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions.
