Mixologist at a Parisian-Inspired Brasserie

We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Le Supréme, a modern French brasserie located in the heart of downtown Detroit.

At Le Supréme, we bring the essence of early twentieth-century Paris to our guests with elegant dining rooms, alfresco seating, and a curated cocktail program. Our expertly crafted menu features fresh pastries, breads, and desserts from our adjoining patisserie and boulangerie, alongside a selection of over 300 world-class wines and champagne.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about all beverage menu items, including wines, cocktails, spirits, and beer. As a cornerstone of our dining experience, you will set up the bar, prepare product, greet guests, provide guidance to barbacks, and manage service well drinks.

• Set up the bar and prepare product for a high-volume environment.
• Greet all guests approaching the bar and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the barback team to ensure seamless execution during peak hours.
• Develop a strong knowledge of our wine list, cocktail program, and spirit selection.
• Maintain a clean and polished glassware rotation system.
• Manage cash handling and closing guest tabs efficiently.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a flexible schedule.
