Patient Care Assistants:

Key Responsibilities:
- As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), you will deliver routine resident care in alignment with the Patient's care plan.
- Promote the highest level of independence for residents while adhering to safety policies and state/federal regulations.
- Ensure safe lifting and/or transferring of residents in accordance with established guidelines.
- Observe, document, and communicate any changes in resident conditions to the supervising staff.
Qualifications:
- Valid TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
