We are seeking Full-Time

Patient Care Assistants:
Shift Differentials - Immediate Pay Options available with PayActiv

(3) 2pm-10pm shifts

(5) Double Weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), you will deliver routine resident care in alignment with the Patient's care plan.
  • Promote the highest level of independence for residents while adhering to safety policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Ensure safe lifting and/or transferring of residents in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Observe, document, and communicate any changes in resident conditions to the supervising staff.

Qualifications:

  • Valid TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
