We offer competitive hourly rates, with LPNs earning between $35-$37 per hour and RNs earning between $41-$43 per hour. As a nurse with Interim HealthCare Staffing, your responsibilities will include caring for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries, and diseases in facilities such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools. You will work closely with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care, taking patient vitals, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to RN supervisors. You will also assist in carrying out physician's orders, patient care, and prescribed treatments, administering medication, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a safe environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a graduate degree from an accredited practical nursing program, hold a current, unrestricted LPN or RN license in the State of Michigan, and maintain CPR certification. You should also have knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations, demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
