Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and housekeeping.
  • Encourage individuals to participate in community activities and outings.
  • Maintain accurate records of individual's progress and communicate with supervising staff and families.
