  • Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all areas are tidy and organized.
  • Deep Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning activities in guest rooms, including tasks such as changing air filters, cleaning air conditioning coils, and touching up paint on walls and molding.
  • Cart Setup and Maintenance: Prepare and maintain the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies, including cleaning products, linens, and guest amenities.
  • Trash and Linen Removal: Remove all trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and replace with clean linens and amenities.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are clean and tidy.
