Cultivation Horticulturist - Job Summary

We are a leading cannabis cultivation company seeking an experienced Cultivation Horticulturist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day procedures that ensure the successful cultivation of high-quality cannabis plants.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in cannabis cultivation and possess excellent knowledge of plant life cycles, including watering, defoliating, cleaning, feeding, fertilizing, and transplanting.

• Aide in all aspects of plant life cycle, including but not limited to; plant watering, defoliating, cleaning, feeding, fertilizing, and transplanting, as assigned.
• Assist with order fulfillment, drying, curing, and trimming.
• Expert knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.

You will work closely with our Director of Cultivation to maintain the high quality of live and harvested product while paying close attention to detail during the cultivation process.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• At least 3 years of experience in cannabis cultivation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of plant life cycles and treatment options.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and balance up to 50 lbs.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

This is a full-time position working 7:00 am - 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional holidays. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team and will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
