SAP Payroll and Human Capital Management Specialist

**Job Summary**

CAI is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to provide SAP Payroll and SAP Human Capital management. This part-time remote position will be responsible for supporting SAP Payroll and SAP Human Capital Management, developing an understanding of the business environment, and making informed decisions to drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide support for SAP Payroll and SAP Human Capital Management

• Develop an understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results

• Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategies

• Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets

• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management

• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met

• Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards

• Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices

**Requirements**

• Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in SAP Payroll

• Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in SAP Human Capital Management

• Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience as a Program Manager

• Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience meeting and working with Stakeholders

**Physical Demands**

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
