Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Develop and manage budgets for clinical programs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience
  • Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
