Job Title: Lactation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Lactation Consultant to join our team at Children's Health (Dallas). As a Lactation Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert care and support to lactating mothers and their infants.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide lactation consultation and education to mothers and healthcare providers
  • Assess and develop individualized lactation plans for mothers and infants
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for lactating mothers and their infants
  • Develop and implement lactation education programs for healthcare providers and staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance lactation care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in lactation care and consultation
  • International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification
