Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Frontline Cashier to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging and greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the checkout area and surrounding merchandise.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
