Senior Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Language Pathologist to join our team at Jamestown Regional Medical Center. As a Senior Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized therapy programs for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
- Develop and implement tailored therapy programs to address specific needs and goals
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on effective communication strategies and swallowing techniques
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- ASHA (CCC) certification and ND license
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
