Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with our R&D team to plan and execute tests on thermal turbomachinery, including radial compressors and turbines.
  • Test Stand Modification: Modify test stands according to specified test plans and parts lists, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.
  • Documentation and Review: Procure and review department-specific order documentation and test specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Test Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and evaluate thermodynamic and mechanical test data to inform product development and improvement.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare detailed test reports in accordance with industry standards, such as API617, ASME PTC10, and DIN ISO5389.
  • Customer Communication: Present and explain test results to customers, ensuring clear and concise communication of technical information.
  • Equipment Management: Manage, develop, and procure measurement and testing equipment to support ongoing testing and development activities.
  • Technical Support: Assist departments in resolving identified issues and provide technical support to ensure smooth operation of testing equipment.
  • Software Development: Develop measurement and calculation software using programming languages such as C, Fortran, and VBA.
  • International Assignments: Participate in occasional international assignments on construction sites, supporting the installation and testing of our equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
