Spaulding Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PT to join our team in Framingham, MA.
About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist PT to provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that reflect patients' age and situation, including discharge plans.
- Revised treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.
- Ensure complete, timely, and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines.
- Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve stated performance expectations.
- Identify and act upon performance improvement opportunities to implement best practices.
- Participate in additional department, organization, or network activities as established.
- Uphold the PCC Organizational Values of Innovation, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed (and in good standing) as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Basic skills in math and computer science.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the English language.
- Appropriate knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques to manage the rehabilitation population.
- Effective problem-solving skills for physical therapy evaluation, interpretation, treatment planning, and execution.
- Computer proficiency required, with a preference for Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly developed communications and interpersonal skills, working with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and contribute as a member of a team.
- Anticipates challenges and develops strategies for addressing them.
- High level of service delivery, with the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations.
- Attention to detail.
