Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care delivery, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are respected.
  • Maintains positive working relationships with patients, families, and hospital staff.
  • Provides patient education and training to patients and family members.
  • May serve as a resource for specific clinical patient care issues.
  • Participates in community outreach activities, such as health fairs and collaborations.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN license or valid temporary permit with the Texas Board of Nursing or valid Compact RN license.
  • Current healthcare provider BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
