Wash Bay Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wash Bay Attendant at Bobcat of the Rockies. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for washing and detailing compact construction equipment to the highest industry standards.

• Equipment Washing and Detailing: Wash equipment inside and out, detailing interior to industry standards, including engine bays, under cabs, and attachments as needed.
• Greasing and Maintenance: Perform greasing of equipment after washing.
• Customer Service: Assist customers and store staff with various tasks, including helping with all departments of the store.
• Cleaning and Organization: Sweep and clean the yard, including helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning the wash bay when needed, and trash disposal.
• General Labor: Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned.

• Positive Attitude and Communication: Possess a positive outlook and excellent communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Driver's License and Drug Screen: Possess a valid driver's license in good standing and be able to pass a drug screen.

• Dexterity and Lifting: Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment; occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 10-20 pounds.
• Standing and Walking: Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull, and lift objects; occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl.
• Environmental Conditions: Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
