  • Reassesses patient progress regularly and identifies appropriate equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Licenses and Certifications: LPT License in the state of employment and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

This is a per diem as-needed position.
