Job Summary
Renewal Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Home Visit Specialist. This is a full-time, year-round position based in Mauston, WI.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with 10-12 families within Juneau County to provide comprehensive support and education.
- Develop and implement a program designed for 0-5 year-old children using evidence-based curricula and the home as the learning environment.
- Facilitate parent-child interactions through regular home visits and playgroups.
- Assist families in identifying and accessing community resources and services that promote healthy child and family development.
- Collaborate with the Family Resource Center team to plan family engagement and male involvement activities, parent trainings, and meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
