Concentra, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly qualified professional to provide specialist services, including EMGs and NCS, for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries. The ideal candidate will have experience in treating patients with work-related injuries and possess a strong understanding of case management.
Responsibilities- Provide specialist services, including EMGs and NCS, for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries
- Communicate with employers and take an active role in case management
- Work collaboratively with medical and therapy providers to provide specialist services
- Preferred experience in treating patients with work-related injuries
- Licensure requirements of the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program
- Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Medical Malpractice Insurance
