Certified Phlebotomist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Phlebotomist to join our team at Express Mobile Phlebotomy. As a key member of our mobile healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services to patients in their homes or businesses.

About the Job:

• Perform venipuncture and skin punctures to collect blood specimens with precision and care.
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of patient information.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety during the blood-drawing process.
• Verify patient information and maintain confidentiality of medical records.
• Process samples for testing and prepare them for transport to the laboratory.
• Monitor patients and assess for adverse reactions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent bedside manner.
• Proficient English language skills (bilingualism is a plus).
• Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement and NDA.
• Honesty and integrity.
• Ability to multitask and time manage effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Minimum 2 valid professional references.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Part-time position with flexible scheduling (Monday-Saturday) with occasional flexibility to accommodate increased demand.
• Competitive compensation based on experience ($40,000-$60,000 per year).
• Mileage reimbursement provided.

• Able to relocate to Naples, FL before starting work.
