Job Overview

About the Job
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of debt recovery specialists, ensuring timely and effective collection of delinquent debts, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 7-10 years of business experience, including credit and collections practices and profit and loss recovery
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Excellent leadership, team building, and motivational skills
• Good verbal communication, interpersonal skills, analytical ability, organizational skills, and technical skills in Excel, Word, or similar applications
• A working knowledge of laws governing debt collection, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
