KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Sales Performance:

    Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and sharing product knowledge with customers. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their needs and preferences.

  2. Customer Experience:

    Exemplify and promote the principles of Outstanding Personal Service (OPS), ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

  3. Operational Support:

    Contribute to maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment. Assist in the execution of visual merchandising directives and maintain store cleanliness.

  4. Team Collaboration:

    Encourage a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving within the team. Seek opportunities for personal development and actively request feedback.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in retail or sales
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Able to adapt to technology utilized by the company
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Regular attendance is vital to fulfill the responsibilities of this role

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position requires constant walking and standing throughout an 8-hour shift, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, and frequent climbing.


The wage range for this position is $15.70 to $19.75, with compensation determined based on individual qualifications. Incentive compensation may be available based on store performance and other relevant metrics.
