Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Lead Supervisor to join our team at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of guests and employees, ensuring seamless and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of drivers to ensure high-quality service and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to optimize transportation routes and schedules.
  • Conduct daily briefings with drivers and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including driver qualifications, physicals, and maintenance records.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, including hours of service and safety standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass the Snowshoe Driving Program.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
