Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/HCA/CNA to join our team at Bishop Place Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including personal care, meal assistance, and mobility support.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Document resident care and progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge in resident care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Washington State requires completion of HCA training or greater within 120 days of hire and be credentialed within 200 days of hire with a completed and passed test.
  • Must meet all health requirements, including TB.
  • Must pass state-required fingerprinting and criminal background process.
