Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and understanding their needs
- Managing and scheduling service appointments
- Diagnosing issues and providing accurate repair estimates
- Promoting service packages and creating detailed work orders
- Delegating repair tasks and addressing customer concerns
- Following up with customers to guarantee satisfaction
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $20.00. We take into account various factors when determining compensation, including the specific role, responsibilities, and the candidate's experience and skills.
Availability:
Weekend work may be necessary as our scheduling can vary.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking individuals who possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a service environment
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
- A relationship-oriented approach to customer interactions
- A genuine enthusiasm for cycling and helping customers
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in high-pressure situations
Additional Qualifications:
Preferred candidates will have:
- Sales experience and a friendly, engaging demeanor
- Familiarity with software applications (e.g., Shopify, Zendesk) and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Suite)
- The physical ability to navigate ladders and perform various physical tasks
- The capacity to lift and carry items weighing over 65 pounds
- Proficient manual dexterity for using hand tools and equipment
