As a Dishwasher at Ford's Garage, you'll be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our kitchen and dining areas. This includes washing and sanitizing tableware, equipment, and surfaces, as well as maintaining a clean and organized dish room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize tableware, equipment, and surfaces
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room
• Stock kitchen with clean tableware
• Assist in food prep and other duties as requested

What We're Looking For:

• Able to tolerate significant changes in temperature
• Frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning solutions
• Valid food/alcohol certification (must obtain if required by state law)
• Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
• Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
• Must have reliable transportation
