You will communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources (human and fiscal) properly and serve as a leader and partner on the interdisciplinary team. Additionally, you will use data, information, and knowledge to evaluate and promote change in order to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively use the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
  • Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies appropriate for the diverse needs of patients, families, and other groups or disciplines.
