• Conduct daily bedside lactation rounds to assess patient needs and provide timely interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement lactation-related policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance lactation management services and promote best practices.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing, CLC IBLCE certification, RN license in the state of employment or compact, and BLS certification.
