Outpatient Clinic Coordinator

Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments to enhance patient care and services.
- BSN degree or higher required.
- Minimum three years' experience in outpatient clinics with adult population and one year with pediatric populations.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, if necessary, to assist lifting and moving patients.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $120,000, including competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
