We are looking for a new member to assist in data collection and field services, working closely with our local sales team and established customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vibration data collection and analysis, providing timely reports on machinery conditions.
  • Address routine and urgent data collection needs for a diverse range of clients.
  • Assess the health of machinery and various types of rotating equipment through comprehensive vibration data analysis.
  • Perform failure analysis on rotating equipment to identify root causes and propose preventive measures.
  • Offer additional services such as laser alignment, dynamic balancing, and oil analysis.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and instrumentation related to data collection systems.
  • Execute select field services, including the replacement of sheaves and belts.
  • Collaborate with key company stakeholders to expand business opportunities, including Automation, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Specialists, as well as Field Service Technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with certification in ISO category one or equivalent, focusing on machinery vibration analysis.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in vibration data analysis.
  • Proficient knowledge of vibration data and analysis methodologies.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience around rotating equipment.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and innovations in machinery health assessments is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within designated market areas.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
