Advanced Heart Failure Cardiology Opportunity

Bon Secours Mercy Health Physicians - Youngstown is seeking a highly skilled and motivated board-certified or board-eligible advanced heart failure and transplantation specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be part of the largest Heart and Vascular Institute in the region, comprising a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
The hospital is a Level I trauma center, certified stroke center, and the only sepsis center of excellence in Ohio, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.
The heart failure program includes a dedicated team of nurse practitioners, heart failure nurse coordinators, and infusion clinics, ensuring comprehensive care for patients.
The hospital has a rapidly growing CardioMEMS program and is participating in the GUIDE-HF clinic trial, offering opportunities for research and innovation.
The program meets qualifications for regional referral center status for pulmonary hypertension, providing access to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic options.
The hospital offers state-of-the-art facilities, including three well-equipped cath labs, two EP labs, one vascular lab, and a hybrid OR, enabling the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in clinical research, with a robust research department and a statistician on staff.
This is an employment opportunity with a highly competitive salary, relocation package, and benefits, including 403B, retirement, sign-on bonus, education loan repayment, and other perks.
New graduates and current trainees will be strongly considered, with training stipends available for those still in training.
