**Responsibilities:

  • Organize and sequence tasks to meet project deadlines
  • Smooth and finish concrete pours to ensure high-quality results
  • Assist in concrete pours, maintaining safety and attention to detail
  • Move materials on the job site as requested

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • This is a union position; we will assist with membership if needed
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation
  • Hours may vary, and overtime may be required
  • Good communication skills essential
  • Travel within a 60-90 minute radius
  • Ability to work in varied seasonal and weather conditions

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year
