We are seeking a skilled Cardiology Nurse to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Cardiology Nurse in our 32-bed progressive-care CCU, you will be responsible for treating a diverse patient population with a variety of heart-related conditions.
About the Role:
You will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient & family-centered care. Our Cardiology RNs provide care for patients with structural heart problems, coronary stents, arrhythmia, congestive heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, ST-Elevation MI's and non-ST-Elevation MI's.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Vermont or eligible for licensure
