Sales Consultant

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant at Mattress Firm. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating a seamless customer experience, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide technical and product information to customers, serving as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders as needed.
• Stay aware of the competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
