Job Summary

As a Bartender, your responsibilities will include bar setup, drink preparation, service, and maintaining a tidy bar area. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and adhering to company standards to optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company guidelines and safety protocols
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests to ensure their satisfaction
  • Accurately manage guest checks, payments, and room charges
  • Oversee liquor inventory and comply with state regulations
  • Maintain bar supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Complete all assigned sidework duties as scheduled

Qualifications

Education/Training: Certification in bartending, TIPS Certified

Experience: At least 6 months of bartending experience

Skills: Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry trays, dish racks, etc.
  • Continuous standing during scheduled shifts
  • Occasional climbing of stairs
  • No driving responsibilities
  • Excellent multitasking and customer service abilities
