Job Summary

Spectrum Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality clinical services and case management to assigned inmates in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring patient compliance with all program and DOC rules and regulations
  • Performing assessments, assessing, and evaluating inmates' needs
  • Providing group treatment to patients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained
  • Completing all required documentation for services as required by Spectrum, DOC, and all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies within established timeframes
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field and a minimum of two years of supervised counseling experience required
  • Licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC) or CSAC, CADAC certification preferred
  • DOC experience preferred
