Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our meat and seafood products, including cooking procedures and product features.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations to drive sales growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat and seafood department.
- Perform tasks as assigned by management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing food products, and setting up displays.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Knowledge of meat and seafood products and cooking procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
