Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Software Developer to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As an Assistant Vice President, you will be responsible for designing and developing application components to source, process, and monetize research services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop application components using Java and Kotlin
  • Store, analyze, and manipulate research data using SQL, RDBMS, and columnar Database Management System
  • Use Gradle and Maven for building software and Redhat Openshift and Kubernetes for containerized deployments
  • Apply software design principles, including Object Oriented Programming in Java/Kotlin for backend, Javascript/CSS framework for front-end, and Oracle SQL for database
  • Utilize Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tool for building and deploying application components
  • Develop RESTful APIs for backend services to provide interfaces for end users and downstream systems
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of experience building enterprise applications
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Kotlin, SQL, RDBMS, and columnar Database Management System
  • Experience with Gradle, Maven, Redhat Openshift, and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and Object Oriented Programming
