We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at Robbins Property Associates LLC in the Tampa Bay area.

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service and showcasing our properties to potential tenants. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting property tours and responding to inquiries
  • Processing lease applications and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting with marketing efforts to promote our properties
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in leasing, sales, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with apartment management software and Microsoft Office
