About the Job: As a Trial Attorney, you will be handling cases for Wisconsin, working closely with experienced attorneys and skilled support staff to achieve excellent results.
Responsibilities:
- Handling cases for Wisconsin in the St. Paul, MN office
- Working efficiently with cases in electronic form and demonstrating strong software/technological skills
- Identifying issues and handling a mixed, high-volume caseload of multiple suits in various stages of litigation through trial
- Demonstrating initiative in personal and professional development
- Driving to job-related activities and occasionally commercial transportation
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from ABA accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Ten years of law practice experience or passage of a Bar Exam
- Active license to practice law in Wisconsin with eligibility to become licensed in Minnesota
- Expertise in the Wisconsin Rules of Civil Procedure, Evidence, and local court rules
