Pediatric Hospitalist Physician Leader Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced pediatric hospitalist physician leader to join our team at Pediatrix Medical Group. As a medical director for our pediatric hospitalist practice, you will be responsible for leading our team of physicians and providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead our pediatric hospitalist practice and work closely with hospital administration and our regional management team.
- Provide growth and mentorship to other physicians and take on leadership roles within the hospital and community.
- Manage patients in the pediatric unit, provide consultation with families and referring physicians, and participate in call coverage.
- Attend high-risk deliveries and provide consults as needed in the Emergency Department.
