Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team in supporting our expanding portfolio of work in the Intelligence Community (IC). As a collaborative member of a small and mostly autonomous team, this position will directly support secure enclave development networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize network hubs, routers, and switches to ensure high-performance and secure network operations.
  • Develop and implement network backup and recovery procedures to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity problems to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Install and maintain network infrastructure device operating system software to ensure compatibility and security.
  • Install or replace network hubs, routers, and switches to upgrade network infrastructure and improve performance.
  • Monitor network capacity and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize network resources.
  • Patch network vulnerabilities to ensure information is safeguarded against outside parties and maintain the highest level of security.
  • Test and maintain network infrastructure, including software and hardware devices, to ensure optimal performance and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a Network Engineer.
  • Experience with Cisco IOS and PAN-OS, with a strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph, with the ability to obtain and maintain the highest level of security clearance.
  • Active DoD IAT Level III certification, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Cisco certification preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate cyber/IT related experience, with a strong focus on attention to detail, customer service, oral and written communication, and problem-solving.
