This seasonal role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and leave our stores satisfied.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits">
  • Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment">
  • Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel services as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience">
  • Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions">
  • Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed">
  • Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers">
  • Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store">
