Overview

Mindpath Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our team of mental health professionals in providing exceptional care to college students. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our outpatient clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care, and developing strategic initiatives to drive growth and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health areas, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, personality, and eating disorders.
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and technology platforms to streamline clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic clinical initiatives.
  • Maintain high healthcare standards and accountability.
  • Facilitate clinician meetings and develop retention plans.
  • Monitor and improve clinician engagement, clinical teaching, and mentoring.
  • Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track clinical performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent administrative support for your region.
  • Conduct regular chart reviews and monitor care for general compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Advanced graduate degree in a mental health field (MA/PhD/PsyD).
  • Current, valid license to practice psychotherapy in the state in which you are practicing/leading a region.
  • Minimum of 5 years postgraduate work experience as a psychotherapist.
  • Previous experience supervising clinicians and other clinical staff, with a demonstrated record of success.
