Join Our Team as a Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are properly sanitized and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and maintain proper detergent levels, rinse agent levels, and water temperatures in the dish machine.
  • Follow proper procedures for running items through the dish machine.
  • Correctly stack and store dishes, glasses, and flatware to prevent contamination.
  • Maintain a clean and dry floor in the dishroom at all times.
  • Keep guest and employee restrooms clean and stocked.
  • Perform general maintenance duties, including cleaning outside areas of the restaurant.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
