Description:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Float Part-Time Teller to join our team. As a Float Part-Time Teller, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established Bank regulations, policies, and procedures. You will also assist customers on the phone and in person, and float between our Roscoe IL branch and our Beloit WI Branch.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop strong customer relationships by offering our banking products and services to prospects.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, with good oral communication skills and grammar.
• Be professional in appearance, pleasant, courteous, and a good listener.
• Initiate the HPG sales process when asked about accounts.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
• Satisfactory record of work performance and adherence to all Bank Policies and Procedures.
• Post high school education or one year in banking or a related field preferred.
