Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neurology and Oncology department at Mercy. As a RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and holistic care to patients with neurological and oncology diagnoses.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in patient and family education, promoting health and wellness
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
Requirements
  • Nursing degree from an accredited school
  • Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
  • Preferred: BSN or ASN with experience in neurology and oncology
