*About the Role:*

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Lead to join our team. As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for building large-scale distributed systems that balance resources, constraints, requirements, and complexity. You will lead and contribute to the technical architecture and design of complex systems, mentoring and providing guidance to junior engineers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing large-scale software solutions. You will conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices, implementing best practices and ensuring code quality. You will resolve technical issues and debug complex problems, collaborating with other engineers to write testable, reliable code, continuously deploying to production systems.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Building large-scale distributed systems that balance resources, constraints, requirements, and complexity
  • Leading and contributing to the technical architecture and design of complex systems
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to junior engineers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features
  • Designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing large-scale software solutions
  • Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Implementing best practices and ensuring code quality
  • Resolving technical issues and debugging complex problems
  • Collaborating with other engineers to write testable, reliable code, continuously deploying to production systems


*What We Offer:*

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $128,250.00 to $266,875.00 per year, depending on factors such as your location, skills, and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives. We provide industry-leading benefits, including healthcare, 401K savings plan, company holidays, vacation, sick time, parental leave, and an employee assistance program.
